..don't know how or when, but we're gonna be made to pay for that.

We introduced them, it's definitely our fault. And when I stand before judgment it's me who will have to explain it.

And I'll admit, guilty as charged. If I could go back in time I would stop myself. If I knew it would come to pass like this, I would never have done it.

But we did, I did, and now this has happened.

..I *think* the latest book of New Books Read..

was #57. Running from the Deity - Alan Dean Foster

I don't know, I cannot access #^$%#&*$^% LiveJournal to SEE.

...it was, then now we have:

58. The Hobbit (re-read, but since I decided to add re-reads, what the heck, eh?) - JRR Tolkien

59. Bloodhype - Alan Dean Foster(also a re-read, but since I read it last in HS..it might as well be new..just three books left in the Flinx Series..shucks)

..tonight is low humidity, and temps in the low 60's...am turning off the a/c and opening the bloody windows!

(finally got access to seeing my entries, and have the book number listed right..now, now I can go to sleep...this BS with LJ is so freakin frustrating..and I PAY for LJ!!)

Things to make SCA Fun Again is progressing. My split stitch needs work.

Four scrolls due in 4wks 4 days. Sheets are ready for prepping and sketching this weekend. Practicing calligraphy. Blessings on my Apprentice-Sister who is my dearest Enabler. I won't use the paints, but I AM using the perg and the pounce(sp? frak it, too late).

I plan to see if I can have all four scrolls prepped and at least two inked this weekend. Have the Illumination-inspiration chosen and b&w copies ready at hand. I kept the Art choice simple, as is the Calligraphy(GLB, which I can do in my sleep). Wording is complete and second pair of eyes did corrections. Just need to ink, then paint. As usual, I hope the recipients like 'em. However, with these scrolls, I suspect they will. Hardest part was finding the Award symbols. Sheesh. Borrowed from a pic of a LW'er I know's stuff.. There are so many variations of the dang Bhakail Salamander. I printed three examples, and will make my own(but, mainly based on the one for the Barony on their Website/EK website). I like Salamanders...related to Dragons, after all. *smirks*

Posted here because LJ is being..uncooperative once again. Sheesh.

...apparently bloody LJ is screwed again.

*sigh*

All I was going to do was add two more books to the list of Those I Have Read So Far This Year:

The Wee Free Men - Pratchett
A Hat Full of Sky - "

(this along with the already 20 books I've read so far this year. I wonder how many I would go thru if I did audio books, where someone ELSE reads it..and I am stuck at the pace at which they read? Naw, that might drive me buggers)

..Posting!

Of course, this might become my new home if LJ takes a major dump. Think I am pulling all my scribal pics from there *real* soon...

Guess I might link this to LJ and FB...my new home?

Well.....
